Ship to ship hose is connected with two ships when they are relatively stationary. This kind of transfer hose is tough but flexible. Before manufacturing, we analyze our customer's project and design the most efficient construction and sizing based on mechanical analysis of environmental conditions, flow velocity, fuel type, distance and pressure.
Inner rubber layer: black and smooth nitrile synthetic rubber, excellent oil resistance, suitable for oil transportation with less than 50% of aromatic hydrocarbon.
Reinforcement layer: cord thread winding + spiral steel wire
Outer rubber layer: black synthetic rubber, resistant to wear, ozone, and weather
