We design and produce all types of hoses in a floating hose string, including mainline floating hose, floating tanker rail hose, floating tail hose, one end reinforced floating hose, reducer floating hose, tapered floating hose, etc. Both full floating hoses and half floating hoses are available, and so are single carcass hose and double carcass hose.
Our floating hoses are designed, manufactured, and tested strictly according to the guideline OCIMF GMPHOM 5th Edition 2009.
It can transfer petroleum, crude oil, natural gas, LPG, and so on. The fluid should contain no more than 60% of aromatics.
We have Bureau Veritas Certification for our single carcass floating hose (300mm & 600mm) and double carcass floating hose (600mm) prototype. If you need your ordered hoses to be tested and inspected by BV or other organizations, we can make it happen as well.
