Before manufacturing a marine hose, we select high-quality rubber as its raw material. Every rubber roll that can be used in hose production is born under a strict mixture ratio of different chemicals according to our unique rubber formulation. Our formula withstood the test of time and has made our marine hose a world success.
During hose production, advanced equipment from Italy is used. Our workers in the factory have rich experience and they work actively. They supervise each procedure carefully and provide manual assistance for the production machine. We are serious about product quality, and this is why we don't allow any problems to occur. We produce various colors of rubber hose, such as black, white, orange, red, yellow, blue, green and so on. To avoid color pollution, we separate hose production according to different colors. Every hose is manufacture in a clean and eco-friendly way.
Once rubber hoses are finished, we will do the following routine tests to ensure that the hoses are of good quality. Normal inspection as these tests are, we never skip a single step, no matter how easy it is. Every test is a must at DeepSee. We measure flange size, hose length, hose outer diameter, etc. If fundamental external data isn't in line with our designing scheme, which differs greatly among different applications and locations, we will abandon the hose and immediately start new production without delaying delivery. Up to now, such situation has never happened here. Unmatched quality and high customer satisfaction is our strength. This is also why we are so confident about our hose.
Hydrostatic test is a kind of pressurization test that can check the airtightness of finished marine hoses. As we all know, a qualified marine rubber hose should not only be strong, but also flexible. Testing minimum bending radius can check whether its flexibility reach the standard (both OCIMF GMPHOM 2009 standard and customer requirement). Electric conductivity is tested in the last picture below. The vacuum test is to check for bulge and material break down. Tests can be carried out by designated third-party organizations if requested, such as Bureau Veritas and ABS.
