Born for Offshore Oil & Gas Transfer

DeepSee® Single Carcass Floating Mainline Hose is made for safe and efficient delivery of hydrocarbon-based fluids above the sea surface. Whether it's crude oil or other petroleum products, our floating hose ensures smooth and continuous transportation, making it a reliable choice for offshore fluid transfer.

Certified Quality and Compliance

Our mainline floating hose caters to international standards, including OCIMF GMPHOM 2009 for oil transfer hoses, and BS EN 1762 for natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas transfer hoses. More importantly, DeepSee’s single carcass floating hoses are recognized and certified by Bureau Veritas, ensuring performance and reliability in offshore applications. Every step of our production process is carried out with strict precision. Each finished hose is rigorously tested to meet safety and quality benchmarks. You can fully count on the exceptional durability and functionality of our marine floating hoses — trusted by professionals worldwide.

Electrically Continuous for Enhanced Safety

This floating hose is electrically continuous, which is crucial for preventing the buildup of static electricity during offshore fluid transfer. This safety feature minimizes the risk of hazards, ensuring a safe and secure operation, particularly for oil and gas industry applications.

Durable Construction for Maximum Performance

Made of high-quality rubber materials, our floating mainline hose is built to withstand tough marine conditions. It resists sunlight exposure, abrasion, and all levels of pressure, ensuring longevity and performance even in demanding offshore applications.

Fittings: ASME B 16.5 (Class 150, 300, 400, 600, 900, 1500, and 2500) or other standards flanges according to customer's request will be welded on the raised face, flat face, or other required face of the hose neck. Flange material options include carbon steel and stainless steel. There are several welding and sealing methods for you to choose.
Flange standard: ANSI, GB, JIS, or DIN.

Technical Analysis

Import the ABAQUS static analysis results into the fatigue analysis software fe-safe, select the fatigue analysis theory, set the material parameters of each structural layer, load the above load spectrum, and we can get the fatigue analysis results.
fatigue analysis of single carcass mainline hose - DeepSee floating hoseBy doing Finite Element Analysis (FEA) with Abaqus, we focus on both the overall behavior and local details of the marine hose. We simulate temperature changes and hydrodynamic effects and analyze static and dynamic structures. Strain, stress, and deformation of the hose assessed. We can obtain accurate data, such as flexural, tensile, and tensional stiffness of the hose, rubber strain, cord tension, and reinforcing steel stress.

By using the hydrodynamic software ORCAFLEX, we calculate floating hose data, such as bending moment, torque, and tension, and compare the results with design allowables. Environmental loads such as wind, wave and currents, as well as the excitation oscillations of FPSOs, tankers or moored buoys, are considered.
