Description

Inner layer: NBR + SBR
Reinforcement: 2 wrapped textile + Embedded spiral steel wire
Cover: SBR + CR (neoprene)

The inner hose is made of nitrile rubber and butadiene styrene rubber, which is resistant to oil and fuel. Helix wire is placed between two layers of fabric reinforcement. The latter is composed of textile cord and rubber. The steel wire prevents the hose from collapsing under vacuum service. Being resistant to abrasion, weather, heat, ozone, and oil, the external layer helps the hose to avoid hydrauic fluid leakage.
